Where We Ship
We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. If a destination can't be serviced by our carriers, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking email once it ships. During launches and peak seasons (like Christmas and Mother's Day), processing may take slightly longer — order early for gift occasions.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after processing: 7–12 business days, fully tracked, to all destinations we serve. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email when your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Customs & Import Charges
Any customs or import charges applied by your country are the customer's responsibility. Most orders arrive with no additional charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. Marked delivered but not received: check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier. Lost in transit: if tracking stalls for an extended period, reach out — we'll investigate and make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but if you catch a mistake before your order ships, email us immediately and we'll update it.
